Farscape!

Mum and I went rummage sale shopping yesterday. I didn't find much for myself; she got a kennel for Ra's new kitty and a bed for Spritey (she won't use it) and a few other things.

My big score of the day happened at a church rummage sale. We were walking up, and what to my wondering eyes did appear but Farscape Season 1.

To say I snatched it up and handed over the money would be an accurate statement.

I've loved Farscape for a long time. Unfortunately I caught on AFTER they'd gone off the air, but I've managed to catch a few episodes online here and there (good luck finding them on any telly here in the States.)

The set was 5 bucks, which is actually a very decent price. The entire box set would have cost 60-something, so divide that by four and a half (to include the movie that wraps things up) and yes. Very, very decent deal.

I'm happy. I've watched a little bit and I know already I'm gonna have to refer to a list every time I want to read a list of the plots because there wasn't one included.

It's not practical for me to get the full set right now, but I'm perfectly happy watching my way through Season 1.

Now I have to go. I have cookies to start baking this morning for a friend.
