Herb Garden Is Definitely in Business

My herb garden was planted on Saturday afternoon.

Apparently, some of the seedlings decided to make up for lost time. By today, one of them had emerged from hiding and by now has broken the surface of the little dirt thing it began in. I could have probably sat there and watched the thing move all by itself.

Some of the plants are on the slow path and haven't quite managed to break the top yet, and I'm sure they're all feeling the pressure from Mr. Speedy in the middle of the box.

I love plants, but haven't had the room or the light to give them a good home. Hopefully I won't have to leave my little herbies behind.

Nothing about anything is going on. Watched Wreckers (another Cumberbatch movie) and found him to be the most stable of the whole cast of characters, even when he was beating the snot out of his brother with a croquet mallet.

The movie was kind of sucky, and it seemed geared to kick poor David repeatedly and with vigor (that's the character Cumberbatch was playing). Sure, in the end the wife got what she wanted but did he?

Ah, and that's the question the movie doesn't answer. Damn.

It's on Youtube (that's where I found it) in 9 sections. Will take you about an hour and a half to get through it.

Gotta go start dinner.

Ta,
Bec
