Detox

I have started a full-on detox. I'm sick of having IBS and I'm sick of being lactose intolerant and I hope this makes me feel better.

I just took the first dose; I have to wait about a half hour for the next one. Then I take another tonight.

We'll see if this works. So far I don't really feel anything.

In other, more important news, Japan seems to have been bashed pretty good by first the ground moving and then the ocean. I'm watching the news and it's pretty damn awful.

I don't say I will pray for people; most people are hypocritical and don't bother to do it anyway. But I will hope that things can get better.
